Salvage Old Wine via Ice Cubes

Salvage that opened bottle of red or white wine. Pour the wine into ice cube trays and freeze to use the next time a recipe calls for wine. As an added layer of storage protection, lay a piece of plastic wrap on top or store in freezer bags.
