HomeHacks.com (“Site,” “Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is owned and operated by SituFix Ventures LLC, 2108 N St #15235, Sacramento, CA 95816. This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is a legal and binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and SituFix Ventures LLC governing your use of the Website, together with all information, content, products, materials, and services made available through the Website by us or third parties.
By accessing or using the Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Website.

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
2. Site Description
HomeHacks.com provides short, clever tips, tricks, and hacks for household, workshop, and related uses. Content may be created by HomeHacks staff, contributors, or submitted by users.
3. Eligibility
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully competent to enter into this Agreement. In all cases, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age. The Website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow use by children under 13.
4. Access & Website Operation
Subject to this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for obtaining Internet access and all equipment necessary to use the Website. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Website, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website.

You are solely responsible for any UGC you submit. License Grant. By submitting UGC to the Website, you grant SituFix Ventures LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display such UGC in all forms and media now known or later developed, in connection with the Website and our business operations. You waive any “moral rights” or similar rights in your UGC to the extent permitted by law.
No Ownership Claim. We do not claim ownership of your UGC. You retain whatever rights you hold in your submitted content, subject to the license granted above.
Moderation. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any UGC at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion, without notice or liability. We are not responsible for any UGC posted by users of the Website.
Account Security. If registration is required to submit UGC, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (“Third-Party Sites”). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Sites, including their content, products, services, or privacy practices. Where the Website displays content provided by or hosted on third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Vimeo, or similar services), we do not have the ability to permanently remove such content from those third-party servers. If you have a copyright complaint about third-party hosted content, you should contact both the third-party platform directly and us in accordance with the DMCA procedures in our DMCA Policy.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SituFix Ventures LLC, its members, officers, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expert fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Website; your violation of this Agreement; any UGC you submit; your violation of any third party’s rights; or any activity related to your account.
13. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
Informal Resolution. Before initiating formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Website that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in San Diego County, California, or at another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be void.
Small Claims Exception. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in lieu of arbitration.
Time Limitation. Any cause of action arising out of or related to the Website must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. For any claims not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement. You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Website. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall remain in effect.
16. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and SituFix Ventures LLC regarding your use of HomeHacks.com and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
